Hi,

No you do not get a credit I do not believe. I am going there on October 20th to have a meeting and go through the details. I believe in the package it is either a couples massage or the 12 free pictures? I will take the couples massage. I have to check that out again. Regarding the florist I will use the bouquet for the bridesmaid, I will use the buttonhole for the groom, and the center piece for the table which all comes in the package. Everything thing else my bouquet, the huppa flowers, flowers for the entrance to the ceremony and center pieces I will use the florist for. Note the flowers on the huppa are not real flowers.

Both the florist and the photographer pay their own vendor fee.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Sorry for the delay.

Thanks

Jade28 ( Charene)

Hi IslandBride201x,

I will marry my best friend July 1, 2012 at the suites. I am using Marcia Roberts. I encourage you to call or email her for a quote. I hear she is amazing and her prices are great! You can tell her I referred you( Charene Iberostar Suites wedding July 1, 2012). www.jamaicanphotography.com

I just gave her my deposit last month.

So many more things to do.. cheesy.gif

I guess I am hoping that the sand is not too hot as I too am having my wedding later in the day.  I plan to most likely have the flip flops incase the cement or sidewalk is too warm and then kick them off once I get to the sand.  I have pretty tough feet so I figure I'll be alright, if the sand is too hot I will just have to bury them in the sand till I find the cooler sand.  cheesy.gif  Hopefully I will get this figured out for sure once I get there.

Are you planning to use the isle runner they provide?

LOL vbbbtk you are too funny!

Yes I plan on using the aisle runner but I'm  not sure if they have anything down where the huppa is set up. All my BMs love the idea of barefoot jewelry but  few have asked about burning feet, maybe I'll suggest for them to dig there toes in until they find the cooler sand :)

Yeah it does not appear that there is anything down by the huppa.

Just have your BMs Choreograph a few twist moves to your music and no one will know any different!  hahaha  cheesy.gif

  • 3 weeks later...

Hey everyone! I need some advice. I just got my land rates from our travel agent for our July wedding next year and they came in way over what I have been seeing online  not including airfare. Did everyone go with a travel agent when reserving rooms? I'm wondering if theres any other options?

Thanks & Congrats to everyone on here :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
