          Thanks for posting this...I bought sanddollars cheap at my local Christmas Tree Shop and knew I would use them as escort cards, but wasn't sure if I should write directly on them..(?)  I haven't decided yet, but this looks great and would save me the trouble of neatly writting (and probably messing up) the sanddollars...decisions, decisions lol. Thanks for the pics!

            This is such a great idea!  I'm hoping to do something similar. 

             

            TigerLily, how long ago did you find them at the Christmas Tree Shoppes?  I may have to check mine out and hope they have them!!!

                super cute ideas!  i love the blue color and the way you have the ribbon at the top.  how did you thread the ribbon through? did you have to make a hole in the shell?  how did you do that w/out breaking the shell? they can be so fragile, so i know how you have to handle with care.  they look so pretty! enjoy them!

                  The ribbon went through the existing holes. They are pretty fragile but the larger ones are a little sturdier so it was fine.
