Exactly and that is what it is all about.  I lost 9.2 pounds and some clothes are falling off while others are complimenting me especially at work.  But the big kicker was (as I brought my dress as well yesterday) that the very same dress that wouldn't zip up on June 11th was about 2 inches from being closed all together.  Even MaryEllen my consultant mentioned it!  Keep up, keep fighting!

I just saw your pictures on another thread! You looked gorgeous!!!!

Great job ladies! I saw my surgeon today and got a new ankle brace so now I can actually walk and bike! I really focused on my eating last week though and I'm down three pounds this week! It's nice to see results after seeing a slight gain the week before smile159.gif

Hey ladies - just checking in, how is everyone doing?

I've been on a month-long plateau, but today I did a quick scale hop (just to check in) and it looks like I'm finally losing again! :) I had 4 sessions at the gym last week, and will have 1 session on my own this week and 2 with my trainer. :) My weigh-in day is Friday, so fingers crossed!

I've fallen off a bit. Haven't been to the gym in a week, and just had a slice of pizza and 2 glasses of wine for dinner!! Need to get back on track - almost 6 months away and half-way there! (Lost 35lbs, and want to lose a total of 70!)

Great job ladies! I am a WW lifetime member and an addictions  counsellor. I love WW because it helps teach people to stop "eating your feelings!" I am back on track too, although slacking a bit. No wedding date set yet, but I think once I do it will be a good kick in the butt!

Hi Ladies,

Let's motivate each other, I have been off the wagon since I found the "Other One" my dress. I had lost a total of 10 pound up until that day with a goal of loosing 10 more but I have fallen off.  Sept 1 I plan to get back on the ball.  Sooo many cookouts and beer (gosh I love my beer).  Funny thing is that I am so torn as my FI, and very close friends told me not to loose anymore.  Granted I feel better but I think that the extra 10 (even if I only do 5 more) would make me feel even better....  rolleyes.gif

Morning ladies!

I FINALLY broke my month-long plateau!

I lost 2.1lbs this week for a 12.9lb total! :) YAY!

Hope everyone is doing well and if there any other ladies in the hurricane regions - be safe! We are evacuating one of my sisters and my dad today.

Hi ladies!

How is everyone doing?!

Well, after a HUGE eating/drinking binge for Labor Day Weekend, I posted a -0.1lb loss at my weigh-in last Friday. I'm hoping for a bigger loss this Friday!

Also, I got an email for the Bridalicious Boot Camp DVD set for $59. Thought I'd share!

    • It’s my wedding five months from now and we badly need ideas because everyone’s mind is not working right now and I, as the bride, cannot even think of what I really want to have on my wedding day. I want something simple yet unique. Something that suits for Colombian women and bride. Can you help me out with this? Thanks! I will really appreciate your comments!
    • I know it is really tough job to get everything at best cost. I would like to suggest to contact local wedding planner or decorators to get the quotes. It will take some time but by comparing different quotes you will get the best package.
    • If you want to enjoy your wedding then go for a dance floor. It is a precious moment of your life and you should enjoy it.
    • As you have said it is going to be a beach wedding so I would recommend a combination of Calla Lily and Daffodil. You can also use Calla lily or Daffodil individually. Both the flowers have different colors so it will easily attract anyone.
