Weight Watchers for 2012 Brides

Recommended Posts

I love that there is a WW forum. I enrolled in October 2011, with a goal of 20 pounds before my wedding – May 30, 2012! At Mondayâ€s weigh in I was at a total of 18.6 pounds! So basically, Iâ€m almost there with just less than a month to go.

Itâ€s been a hard road but Iâ€m really glad that I pushed myself! My biggest regret would have been looking at my photos in 20 years and thinking I could have lost some weight…

Good for all of you who have enrolled in the program. Weight loss is not easy. Iâ€ve had a lot of really frustrating weeks and almost given up several times. I attend weekly meetings and I am lucky to have some amazing and inspiring women in my group to keep me going.

To anyone who has struggled through with this program, you arenâ€t alone. We are all human and itâ€s never easy to change your lifestyle. Great for all of us or wanting to make a difference in our health!

Good for you Lindseymarie! Be careful with your dress though. I was told that the most they can take your dress down without altering the look is 2 dress sizes. Not sure how much youâ€ve lost since you ordered your dress. I was really worried about this as well!

I just started WW Online this week!!  My goal is 10 lbs and my wedding is less than 5 months away.  I decided on WW because I've been working out and not losing any weight.  I know my diet is the problem and I'm optimistic that this plan will help me with that.  I was so happy to find this section devoted to WW on BDW.  The first few days have been hard but I think it's all just the learning curve.  I'm hoping so anyway!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
