the dress seems like it could hold some boobs if youre larger.

ok now that i saw the ss, maybe her dress was a little different. but it was a winnie couture.
Leigh - This was the slide show I saw when I decided that was "the dress" for me. I actually think our dresses were the same. Mine was a Galina at David's Bridal on sale for like $300 (if you're looking for something cheaper)

I had never heard of her either until I googled destination wedding dresses and their website popped up. As soon as I looked through them all I decided that I wanted one.. (assuming they look okay on me!) However, there is no one here in BC who carries the line, so down to the states I will go. I also wanted to check out David's Bridal so that will work out good!

  • 1 month later...

Okay I'm reviving this thread because I just happened to go on ebay today and someone is selling the exact dress that I had linked in my first post! I think it is one or two sizes too big, but she has it listed for $75 dollars so I'm tempted to buy it!!!

I haven't tried on any dresses yet, but for $75 bucks I almost feel like I should get it, and if I don't like it on me, or it can't be altered to look right on me, then I could just resell it or use it as my TTD or something. What do you ladies think? I'm pretty torn.. hmmm

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
