I have a question on Vistaprint, When you do the orders individually do they charge you shipping on each order or do they total it at the end. I tried but the shipping for one pen was 7.00 and i was afraid they would keep charging me 7 for each additional pen.

You can only have one type of free item per order. If you added a free t or bag it shouldn't go up too much. The bigger or heavier the item, the more theyll charge. I could usually get sticky notes, a pen, a bag, and one other thing without raising it

Wow, $7 is a bit high.  Did you make sure that you had the shipping at "slow".  I believe the default is a higher rate?  Also, June11Bride is right in that after the initial item, once you begin adding other free things, the shipping rate shouldn't really go up.  I go a tote bag, t-shirt, post-it and pen in my order and I know I only paid $4-5 shipping per order -- they do charge you PER order, not combined.

They look great!  I obviously need to start couponing.  How long did it take to get everything?

Do you mean how long did it take for me to gather everything up?  Honestly, I probably started buying things a good 6 months ago.  I started early so that I would have time to catch any deals I came across that I thought would be good for the bags.

I know you're still torn about when to hand the OOT bags out...is there any way that the resort would let you in your guests rooms, so they could be waiting in the room for them!?  That would be really nice to walk into and find!!!

Well the problem with that is that 13 out of the 17 of the people coming are on our flight!  So they will be getting there at the same time as us.  I do believe that my resort will deliver them to the rooms for like $3 a piece, but if they're going to be delivered, I'd almost rather do it myself...which I guess leaves another option?  Once everyone gets settled, we could hand deliver them to people and thank them for coming?

LOVE your OOT bags...and the 'kits are hilarious'...not sure i can call them the OSK...i think my mother and grandmother would have a fit..otherwise, I LOVE IT!!!  :-)  R~
