Bridesmaid Dresses for under $50.00

Recommended Posts

Hi Jamieirene!

Congratulations on the planning! I had a very similar situation. I live in TX and my bridal party was in NY & PA (and already flew in for the bachelorette & bridal shower) so I certainly didn't want them to spend a ton of money on their dresses. I actually found a dress at a department store and then found it online for a little under $50.  They all looked incredible and no one knew that they didn't spend a ton on them! All the bridesmaids were shocked and excited to know they didn't have to spend much (and they still loved them).  Here is a pic of them and a link to Nextag where the Sangria line is all over the place. You have to look through the options but seeing these prices - it's worthwhile!

Hope that helps and good luck with the planning!

Since my bridesmaids are already spending a lot of money to attend my wedding host a shower, etc.  I am trying to my best ability to limit their costs.  I am looking for bridesmaids dresses for under $50.00.  If I can find them for & 20.00 I will just buy them for them!  Any suggestions?  Hope to hear from you!  Thanks!

I don't think it's tacky and if you are on a budget, I know my girlfriends would understand no matter what I did....By the way the dresses are awesome, I am one that never seems to come across a good deal like that....I look and look and nothing...although I don't have a lot of options unless I travel at least 1 hr away or more...

Besides, it is not tacky because the dresses do not LOOK like they are only 20 bucks! They are awesome! You don't need to tell them, either! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
