WOWWWWWWW I am speechless!!! Trisha congratulations your ring is gorgeous and the proposal was so sweet!!! Leigh the 2 pictures are incredible!! I am waiting to see the rest..thewave.gif

 

Good night ladies, I am in Nashville and cant wait to get in MTY so I can now take a time to check on the forum without rush...

I just showed Shawn the pictures. He was all smiles. He started walking back down the stairs and he turned around and goes..."wait, let me see the picture of the ring again. Oh crap, it looks really small." He's hilarious.

its not small, its huge! i can attest to that. but photographing hands is a tricky deal. its a bit distorted. take it off your hand and photograph it next to a quarter or something - haha!

That has got to be the best story I have heard!!!! How clever is he!!! I figured you would get engaged out there but I would have never thought he would hook that up!

 

I agree about capturing the moment...you will have so many pics. I have no engagement pics of that night. sad.gif

Yeah, we had dinner at Tavern on the Green. It was SO beautiful in there! I really wish Leigh would have came to dinner with us. Sorry Leigh, had I known we could have switched our reservation time we would have invited you both! Sorry!!! But they have this hall of mirrors with all tiffany lights hanging and it's just beautiful! And then we ate outside where they had these beautiful colored lanterns hanging and... well... other than that I just stared at my ring!!!

 

And yup, I met up with Jen. Sadly Glenda couldn't join us. Jen was awesome though. Very sweet and gorgeous! And the view was AMAZING from her work. Shawn loved it. Thank you again Jen!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
