hang in there, jen. if you stick with it, I will, too. : ) also, maybe check the way your clothes fit. you may be losing without noticing but once you put on a pair of jeans that you've previously retired because they were too tight and they're looser, you'll know. : ) I'm sure you're doing all the right things.

I was not working out consistently prior to starting this program. I have been working out for 3 weeks now (4 days of insanity a week). On the UPSIDE...I did my fit test during my lunch hour and I have GREATLY improved! So I am going to just stick to everything and I agree-hopefully in another few weeks or so, I will have a huge loss
