Ok starting to kind of get used to the intensity of month 2 of insanity, but I am counting down the days until I am done!!! I am looking forward to getting back to my old workout routine at the gym.

How is everyone else doing!?

Month 1 is going well so far, unfortunately I missed my Sunday workout (I take Saturdays off) as I've been having problems with my left foot for about a month and it was killing me that day. I was back at it yesterday though and will be doing pure cardio tonight when I get home. Even my fiance has started doing it and loves it! I am so proud of him for doing it with me.

Tomorrow I weigh in and take measurements so am pretty excited.

Hey don't worry about missing a day if your body is telling you it needs a break, you will still get amazing results, glad you are liking though!

Bride2012 - are you almost done Asylum? You totally have to post a results pic when you're done!

I think I am just going to go back to the gym when I'm down insanity. I usually do cardio for about 45 minutes on TM and elliptical, and do weights mostly for my upper body as my legs get pretty toned just with running. I also do kick boxing which I LOVE, but it is an additional cost onto of the gym membership, so it can get expensive!

I think the reason I'm getting better results with insanity is that I do it 6 days a week, whereas I used to only go to the gym about 3-4 days per week. So when I do go back to the gym my goal is 5-6 times per week until my wedding in May, hopefully I can stick with it!

I fell off the wagon a little, not the best thing with only 74 days to go until W-day (my version of d-day).  My dress fitting is at the end of this month, which means I have about  4 weeks to do as much as I can to be as close to the body that I will have on 14 February...that's a little daunting right there....

I worked out on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and then I didnt work out again until last Tuesday, I took 6 DAYS off from working out...booooo to me! I GOTTA keep my head in the game.  So Im back on track and trying to stay focused for the next 10 weeks.

Its hard trying to stay on track, especially with the holidays.  But don't let a few days lost of lots of extra helpings this time of year mess you up.  Just get right back into it and you won't lose any progress...trust me.  It's been about 2 weeks of doing nothing and I still feel great!!

Just realized your W-day is 2/14 and my AHR is 2/11.  So we will be making progress together girl.  Keep it up!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
