The first week of MAX killed me.  I hate how long they are.  But I know the results will be so worth it.

Backed out already??? I wasn't planning on him to ever start.  He is like your's and WON"T get up with me at 5:30, so I must motivate myself!

Sorry.  I was really scared to start it but once you go thru all of them its so much easier since you know what to expect.  I hated the first week because I didn't know what I was going to be doing but its better now.

Hi ladies!!  I have less than 2 weeks left of Insanity.  My fit test numbers have gone up so much, my whole body has gotten a bit leaner, I'm stronger, my abs show a lot more, lost 2 inches around my thighs and I just feel so good.  I think I am going to do a combo of Insanity, weight training, hot yoga, cycling, hiking and running for the last 4 weeks leading up to the wedding.  Not sure if I am going to try Asylum yet.

 

Oh btw...I think I got a ghetto version of Insanity.  To start with, all the literature has several spelling errors which are so obvious.  Then my Insane Abs and the Max Sports Training DVDs do not work right.  The chapters are shuffled up so its absolutely impossible to follow along.  For example the DVD starts with just 5 min left in the entire workout, then it jumps to the the next chapter at 25 mins left then it jumps to 15 min left then it jumps to 30 min left, etc.  I think it sucks I got such a bunk set.  I really wanted to try Insane Abs so I am going to see if I can find anyone I can get a copy from.

Thats SO crazy!!! My initial order did the EXACT same thing ...to the T!!! So I ordered new dvds from webstore.com at $5 a pop...eh what can you do.  Another option is to google the videos and I usually could get them to come up on imeem.com or vimeo.com.  But its not the same as hitting play...

 

I can see if I can burn my copies tonight so you can finish your workout. I have the deluxe kit so I have insane abs AND max interval sports training too if you need it.

 

Congrats on the weight loss! And just in time :)!!! I still have 4 months to lose 20 LBs.  I dont NEED to los it, but I would like to.

At first, I really regretted paying so much for these workout DVDs. But, I love INSANITY and Shaun-T. Now, I am only saying this because right now I am sitting at my desk and not panting through one of the workouts.

 

Seriously, I lost a net of 10 pounds after completing only 2.5 weeks of the video (I had lost 15 but skipped a few days and went back up). Not even considering the weight loss, I am so much more fit. I had an appointment and forgot something and had to run four blocks up mountain (not uphill) home to get it and back. I ran the entire way!!!!!!! I was so happy, I almost cried. Even when I was skinny, I couldn't do that!

 

My fitness numbers keep going up, and although I don't see revolutionary changes in my body, both me and my fiance notice small changes all over. All I can say is

 

"Come on yall, let's go"!

Wow!!  I thought it was only me.  I'm going to try to find a good version online or copy it from someone else.  I really want to try them both.

 

Celeste - 4 months for 20 unneeded lbs should be plenty of time. :)    What workouts are you doing now or are you still doing Insanity?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
