Ashley, I just got engaged a couple of weeks ago and I am absolutely in LOVE with the Jade resort and I am seriously considering it for our wedding. I was wondering are you having problems in contacting the WC?? I am going through destinationweddings.com and they are telling me that they aren't great at responding when it comes to planning weddings so I just wanted to ask you. What package did you go with??

Thanks! Lol, I am kinda of a Type A but we are also moving right after we get back for the wedding so I feel like I have to everything wedding done before our house turns into nothing but packing boxes :) Are you getting excited? It's so soon! I can't wait to hear all about your wedding when you get back. :)

I went with the Eternity Package. They can be slow to respond but I have gotten all my questions answered. We started planning our wedding at another resort (even put down a deposit) and they were just as slow. I feel like that is a big complaint of most brides getting married in Mexico. If you want I can send you some of the general information I have and my WC Pilar's e-mail. Everyone I have talked to that has gotten married there has said even though they are slow to respond, when you get there everything gets taken care of. Pilar has been pretty good with me though.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
