Boarding pass template help

Recommended Posts

Ok, so I really want to use the boarding pass template to create little "tickets" for our guests to the catamaran cruise we are taking them on the day before the wedding. The problem is that I see all the super cute uses of aylee's basic template, but when I open it and look at mine my mind goes blank. I have no idea how to make it "cute". smile124.gif

So those of you who used these templates to create something for your wedding, what fonts, colors and clip art did you end up using? And where did you get the fonts and clipart if you didn't have them already? Any other advice or tips for those of us who are not "design" oriented?

Also, I don't suppose anyone has made a Pages version of the template have they? If so pretty please PM me, because Word is killing me.

merci beaucoup ladies!

Ok, I'm not help with what you're asking...but you're getting married in Tortola?!?! That is awesome! We looked at Peter Island and at Biras Creek for our weddings or honeymoon, and went to the Virgin Islands in February and just love it.

I'm so jealous! I can't wait to see pictures!!!

Hi Jill,

I know we are so excited! Ohhh I love Peter Island. We thought about it as well, but too expensive. I've never been to Biras Creek, it looks nice on the web site though.

So why did you end up not doing an island wedding?

I can't wait to share my photos with the boards so don't worry you'll see some pics!

To make it a short answer, it was just too difficult for our guests to get there and be there for a few days only...so we shortened the trip and decided on Cabo b/c we love it there, direct flights from DFW, etc.

But, for a vacation, I'll take the BVIs any day! Oh, we looked at Little Dix also! It's all so beautiful! And Guana Island, but it was too small for our original guest list.

Ok, sorry to hijak. Back to the original topic!hijacked.gif

I love the idea of the passport ticket stubs etc. Im working on that as well for the informational part for the guests. When they RSVP yes then I send out the itinerary for the weekend in that form. I saw someone actually use the passport design for their wedding w/ a pic. It was so cute and creative. Did you ever get a template for this? If so can you pass it along? :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
