Real Touch flowers...HELP!

Recommended Posts

Avens, by ordering through afloral.com and assembling my own bouquets I was able to spend about $200 to make a large bridal bouquet, three bridesmaid bouquets and 7 boutonnieres. So it was definitely a lot more affordable. When I was looking at ordering, it would have cost me more than $200 just for a bridal bouquet in the size I wanted.

I got my real touch flowers from www.bloombridal.com. They have an online boutique where you can order bouquets on the spot. Or you can ask them to customize flowers for you. They are great! I wanted specifically real touch peonies with lavender freesia and lime green berries. They are very helpful in getting me what I want and the price is good too. I got 1 bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 5 boutonnieres and 2 corsages for $370!!! I'm very happy with them. cheers.gif

I wanted my main flowers to be real touch fuchsia peonies, my custom package: 1 bride's bouquet + 4 bridesmaids bouquets + 5 boutonnieres + 2 corsages for $370!!!  I added another 2 boutonnieres and cake toppers for $38. I'm so happy with them. Awesome price! cheers.gif

Hope this helps!

Check out watermenot.com.  She just made my bouquet, moh bouquet and groom's bout and stayed within my budget.  She was so easy to work with and very accommodating.  I am picking mine up with wknd and can't wait to see them in person.

So I need some advise.  I've opted to go the real touch flower route but I'm starting to lose hope.  I originally wanted to go with Angel Accents.  I didn't realize how far in advance they were booking so I wasn't able to use them.  I then contacted Pulmeria and they too were booked but the owner told me to contact her again on March 27th and she'd be more than happy to work with me.  So on March 27th as promised I emailed her.  I was met by disappointment when she said she received so many request in one day (50!) that she could not work with me.

Now here I am a month and a half before leaving to Jamaica and I don't have the beautiful flowers I envisioned.  Can anyone suggest a good seller or website that would be able to accommodate me with such short notice?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
