Hi Ladies, So I haven't seen a thread on Body Gospel's workout program so I decided to start one... I just purchased the program and will be starting it when it arrives. I'm not a big workout person so I didn't want an extreme workout plan to begin with. April marks the 6 month mark to my October wedding. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. Ready, Set, Go!!! ;)

I have been looking for a good Gospel mis to work out to.  I don't work out regularly but when I do I would like to have some Gospel to listen to.  I may try this out and get serious.  Maybe not in time for my May wedding, but it should be a good investment.  Thanks for posting.

 

BTW, what part of MD are you in?

Yes, May will be here before I know it.  I'm ready to go!  All and all planning has been cool.  We invited over 50 people and we are expecting 20.  We DID NOT want a large crowd and we are happy with the numbers.

 

I live in Woodbridge.  My mom is near B-more so I pass you in Laurel all the time!

 

Please so let me know how this workout is.  I forwarded it to my mom and BFF to get them on board!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
