JB: Oh my goodness, I am right with you about the lack of response!!! I can't take it anymore.  And you are right, its not just the lack of response, it's the constant resending of paperwork we already have in reponse to other questions.  Its like they don't even know who we are, or care for that matter. Everyone who emails them apparently gets the same reponse as they are doing the same thing to my TA.  This is why it's taking so long for the contract to be made.AHHHH!! The only thing keeping me going is Pastor York's reassurance that the weddings there are amazing and that Claribel does a great job.  And after what happened to DeeSanders....starting to worry a bit about my decision.

Love the bridesmaide dress. It looks orange to me!  Very cute and will be cool in the heat.

Sarah:Any news on pricing?  Also, thanks for the tips on lanterns at Target. I never made it over the weekend.  Will try to go this week.

 

I spent a lot of yesterday making my STD's.  I decided to go with boarding passes instead of luggage tags.  I made them in Word, and they look pretty good.  My question to you guys is do you know if i have imported fonts onto my computer and used them, will they print out ok if I take them to Kinko's?  I tried to print a sample at work today and since the fonts aren't installed on the computer here it printed wrong.  Would kinko's work if I save it on my flash drive?

Apple has posted new pricing!  They are super swamped in group bookings today so they extended my contract till tomorrow.  They just posted about an hour ago.  The cool thing is if I hold rates for my guests as long as we purchase the price match guarantee we get the best rate if it does go down.  And they price match so if I find a better price on a different site they will match it. So I am just having my agent add the $30 price match guarantee to the rates we are giving our guests.  I am concerned with this hotel.  I am hoping they are just super busy with hotel being open only a few weeks.  My client is staying at the NOW over Memorial Day weekend so I am hoping she can see how the hotel works and take some pics for us!

Cute dress JB! I love it!  It is perfect for the beach! It looks coral to me but its hard to tell!

Acutie RN I know when I took mine to staples the sizing was all off and they were able to make it fit my template. They should know how to do it and if not they can probably download the font from the Internet for their version of word.  Good Luck!!

Apple updated their prices around 2pm and the air did not post till around 3ish today.  I would call them tomorrow but you should be able to check rates as a package on their website.  I know earlier the hotel portion was not posting available rooms but it should come up now.  Let me know if you need more help~ Sarahgn4t@att.net

 

Getting excited~So glad I have all of you to chat with about the hotel and wedding planning. It is so much easier talking to people in the same situation!!!

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
