JB or Moni Woni:Question about your OOT bags...are you using them as one bag per person or one bag per couple? JB, when I gave you the amount I need I was planning on one bag per person because they looked a little smallish? What do you guys think?

DeeSanders:I really love those! What a great unique idea.  I would do that if I were you for sure!

JB: I guess since they are on the large side I would only need 15 bags total.  Maybe a mix of pink and green?  Unless you have already bought the others, then I will take those for sure!  Thanks again, let me know and I will get you a check out for the right amount tomorrow.  I am in no hurry for them either, just whenever you have time! Thanks again.

By the way, I read on another bride's planning post from Dreams in Mexico that if she had to do one thing differently she wouldn't stress about the lack of communication from the WC's at the resort. She said it all works out anyway!  I guess I should keep that in mind and just go with the flow! The reviews on FB are def. making me feel better, and the people there are right in saying that if you can't have fun on a beach in the sun with endless drinks, then there is something wrong with you, not the resort. Ha ha!

We are getting our engagements on June 18th, I am getting so excited!! This photographer awesome! We are going to pick out our outifts this weekend!! I just started shoping my bridesmaid dresses also and I have a couple different ones I like. The one I really love is strapless but I really don't want everyone pulling and tugging at their boobs all night. I am going to post, let me know what you ladies think. Of course I want the dress in Chocolate Brown because I

am going to get them a tiffany blue parasol. As for the last dress I was thinking if I did that one.. chocolate brown with the middle part being tiffany blue. My favorite dress is the first one!!! Neways, opinions please

DeeSanders:I think you can get cheaper rates yet! I know it is hard to wait, but I would wait on a contract until it is a year from your wedding.  I think you will see prices drop because you are in off season.  I would wait it out!

I love all three of the dresses, very cute.  I too love the first one, I am obsessed with one shoulder dresses right now!  The only concern with that one would be body types of your girls.  I am curvy and that dress may really cling around my middle.  Although I don't like the others as well, I think they are both really cute and if I were wearing them I know they would flatter my body more.  I guess it all depends on the girls and what they may be comfortable in. Hope this helps!

Speaking of contracts....for those of you who have a contract already (I think Moni Woni and Sarah?) how long did it take to get the contract written and signed. I have been waiting for over three weeks now for a contract.  My TA says it is the resort but I was wondering if this is normal. I wonder what the hold up is?

Thanks AcutieRn for the opinion :) I actually already have my contract but I haven't signed it. I think I just sign it now and I just sign it if I am ready and then it's a done deal. I am prob going to wait. I think my TA is getting a little frustrated with me... I don't know what to do...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
