Acutie, yes I made the STD's myself... and I'm also planning to do passport invites! Great minds think alike! I just used Word for all my stuff-- the monogram, the save the dates and the invites. I printing everything out myself, I love doing this stuff! I swear I'm in the wrong field of work! lol.

Hello Ladies!

 

I am in the beginning stages of planning my wedding and can across NOW Resort. I have tried to email them several times the first email address (info.nolpc@nowresorts.com) bounced back and the second email address (mtngs.nhrealarena@nh-hotels.com) no one has returned any of my emails! Does anyone have an email address that works? Oh and any info that you have that the hotel might of sent would also be great. Thanks so much for the help.

Sara:Sounds like you are doing great with all of your DIY projects, thanks for the advice on printing.  I was thinking about doing it at work, but you are right, that would be a lot.

 

JB:Thanks for the info on using Word, I will have to test it out when my FI gets back this week.  He has our laptop that has word on it, mine doesn't.  May have to get it now! I am getting closer to getting a contract with my TA.  She sent over the page for me to sign today that says how many rooms we are holding! It is getting close and then I will be able to send it to you.

Acutie, I think you can find all types of tutorials on here for anything you need-- from STD's to brochures! I LOVE this site!!! VEry exciting your close to finalizing, that means I will follow your soon =)

AcutieRN: THANK YOU!!  Yes I have my TA looking into the room/air rates for March/April 2012...I also was exploring the Majestic Colonial but from the research that I have done NOW has a much better package deal for the wedding. Congrats to you as well and I need the happy planning part! When is your wedding?

Dose anyone have a price list of additional iteams to add to the wedding package? I got a WC email address of the threads but I have had no luck with anyone returning my emails. BTW whens your wedding date?

You're looking into April? My week is April9-16 and my wedding date is April 14 (well still pending-- waiting on a confirmation) and Acutie is the very week after mine! I planned march originally but the prices were over our guest budget. Majestic adds up as far as their packages, especially if you're having over 20 guests... It would be great to have more brides to plan with! Hope you fall in love with Now as much as we did!

AcutieRn - I do XRAY!!! I actually used Microsoft word and I just had to sit there and play with it, though it can be a little frustrating but you will get it eventually!

I am doing STD Boarding Passes and they are sooo cute so far, my FI keeps bragging to all of his friends about how creative I am. I am also doing passport invites!!

Also, the contract wasn't attached to the email at all :(

 

Sarah, Thanks for the info, I think we will be sending out at least 100 so I am going to go with what you are doing!!

 

JB I def agree with you, My friend and I are actually thinking about starting up a business with wedding things.

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
