Post what colors you chose for your wedding!

Very pretty and turquoise jewelry would really pop on coral dresses! Here's a pic below of a necklace w/ earrings that I designed for my wedding trip. Del Sol was great to snap a photo of it!

Sorry, I was out of town and just saw this! I think my bridesmaids will be wearing blue, as it seems I am having trouble finding dresses in the right colour of coral. I may luck out yet though - I have a long time left to go!

I have actually seen jade and blue and coral all together, and it looks lovely - maybe have blue and jade as main colours with touches of coral for  pop? I actually considered that - the jade and blue look like sea glass!

I am doing blue with coral as well.  What color are your bridesmaids wearing?  Do you have any pictures of your color inspiration?  I want to add a third color and was thinking jade, but not quite sure how it will look.  I would love to share ideas with you.

Hi,

I am doing mostly black and white.  Everything will be black and white , except my bridesmaid dresses will be lipstick red. My personal opinion is that I think black and white looks very formal which is sometimes hard to achieve at a destination wedding. Often there are guys in khaki shorts or khaki colors (  not that there is anything wrong with that ) but I just prefer the formal black and white look. I am keeping the linens white with perhaps some black and white engagment photos on our tables for centrepieces in black frames.

I  think it's your wedding, and you should pick what YOU want, its your vision and it's your wedding pictures that you will be looking at years from now, not your sister . :)

Good luck.

P.s  you could always do black and white and perhaps maybe make it pop by adding some tropical flowers in the mix .

Let me know what you think! Thanks

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
