The centre pieces sound nice! I was thinking of something other then the gazebo on a different part of resort cuz do t want it to be windy. But I will prob stick with the beach gazebo

I plan on buying the sashes and table runner online, Found a really cheap site, cant think of the site right now, its in my Many notes scattered everywhere! (I havent got around to organizing them).

Im not sure how big the tables are, I guess that depends on many ppl come! I was thinking to order a few cause they were so cheap. Bringing them with me and then seeing the set up for the dinner and how long the table is. And then from there sew them together if it needed to be longer! lol But im sure once i have a idea on how many ppl are coming then I can email the planner and try and get a idea of how long the table would be and then do that at home. I just figure its not hard to sew two peices together and then i can put like petals over the seam so its not so noticeable.  We get there on the monday and ceremony is planned for the Thursday. So I would have a few days to get that done with . Bed time project :) Also maybe throw some seashells on there if i can find any nice ones on the beach, Or pick some manufactured ones from Micheals or a craft store for cheap, or dollarama. Give it that "beach" feeling :)

Hi Danielle03, if you happen to come across that site for the table cloths and sashes I would really appreciate it --Im looking and need to ind relatively soon as Im getting married in 2.5 months! yikes!

Finally decided on my center pieces! I found table runners in the exact shade as my bridesmaids dresses (Malibu from davids bridal). So those, and then I'm doing low square vases with hot pink water beads mixed with sand and shells, filled with water and topped off with hot pink floating candles! Something simple, but splash of color. Mine as well as bridesmaids flowers will be pink, as well as our shoes!

Shannon - where did you find your table runners?

Good day everyone I was told by Keisha that it would cost us $15pp for the dance party either on the beach or pool deck. Has any one heard anything different or is this true. Thank you
I was told that the 15 dollars was for 2 hours, private bar and bartender, table and chairs. Not including music. I'm not sure on what all decorations that will including, or like table cloths or anything. Waiting on a reply email not. And I also asked how many people per table, that way Iknow how many tables Ineed 2 decorate for. Good luck. I'm having a pool reception on september 7th!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
