Krysta, can you email me the attachments you received from Keisha as well? [email protected] That would really help me out!

I am thinking about the flower in the hair. Goin to a local bridal shop usually is your bet bet for price and quality. Davids bridal has some but they aren't that realistic looking but try a more local bridal shop I've seen a bunch of nice ones.

good luck with that. That is my biggest fear with this wedding. I really hope the expedite works because I have even read bad reviews on that. I really need this certificate ASAP after we get married so I can change my visa status :S

I was married April 16th.  It took 8 weeks to get mine.  I wasn't that concerned about getting it so soon though as I knew it could take at least 6 weeks to get.   I emailed Keisha and 3 days later I had it.

When you emailed Keisha what did she say to you?  I emailed her probably a week and a half ago and she said she still hadn't received it. I was thinking of emailing her in September if we still didn't receive it.  I don't want to be annoying, but I need it to add my husband to my health coverage.

oops I was referring to the marriage license that keisha sends after the wedding is over? I know it depends on location just asking about everyone's personal experience.  If it wasn't for this site I wouldn't know a thing about the resort.  They should really do better with giving you details and pictures about the resort.  using the florist is nice but some prefer to bring their own decor and items.  Trying to get things like sizes and measurements was a challenge (thanks bdw).  For what the guests pay to come there, the resorty should offer more assistance with decor...not just white draping on a gazebo and flowers from the garden.  I know in a few weeks I am gonna have a blast, just wished they didn't try to charge your for every little thing!  guess they gotta make money somehow!

I am checkin in ladies, doing okay, but part of me wants it to be over with so I can get back to normal. LOL

She emailed someone that day and then told me that they had it.  I was able to add my husband to my health coverage without it.  I just had to submit it to work once it arrived.  Everything should be backdated though from the date of the marriage on the insurance if you go ahead and add him with your wedding date.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
