    Are they only cliffs in jamaica in negril?

      No, there's the cliffs & also 7 mile beach (& Bloody Bay).

          No, lol. Bloody Bay is a beach.

                can find an all inclusive in our price range on the cliffs.. Didnt know if there was anywhere elese in jamaica  that had cliffs ?

                  I'm not sure what your price range is, but have you checked out Negril Escape Resort & Spa (on the cliffs in Negril)? It has an all-inclusive option and hosts weddings too. The resort is more rustic style, but has affordable accommodations with beautiful ocean views. You can also check out the Negril cliff hotels advertised on OneStopVacations and Travel2Negril websites below. Good luck!
