Samantha88k, how cool that we have the same date and were from the same area! I'm getting super worried that we aren't going to get everything done in time. haha

WootWoot!! I know what ya mean, we have 96 days & 92 days till we leave! My list is getting shorter but still feel like there's plenty to do.

Not to mention the head count is still somewhat up in the air. People are dropping out even after they have booked! Oh wells, at this point I dont give a sh*t!

I'm 107 days out with and we are also having people who booked (paid for their rooms) dropping out. I took it hard for a few days and then just started reminding myself that no matter who is there it will be great AND that I can't be responsible for other people's choices!! That last one really helps me not get frustrated, especially when I keep checking airfare costs for those who haven't booked theirs yet (3 of 4 groomsmen). They have been aware of flight costs for almost a year so I can't hold everyone's hand!

Well ladies, we are moving along. Invitation paper has come in, envelopes are on the way. 46 booked and groomsmen attire purchased. The fi now needs his attire. We are approaching the first couple to pay in full. I think we will have superlatives for laughs once everyone is on the ship. ( when some of the drama will be funny) rolleyes.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
