Awesome idea!  Have we gotten anywhere on the passing of the starfish idea or something along those lines?  I think it would be awesome if we could get that going, possibly something 'borrowed'.

We're taking a leap of faith based on reviews! We have stayed at the Iberostar in the Dominican and it was fantastic so we're pretty confident that the Iberostar in Jamaica won't disappoint!

i love the idea of the passing of the starfish..i'm actually on the starfish passing schedule right now but i think it would be really cool if the iberostar brides did it for each other...heck, it would be easy..just leave the starfish with the wedding coordinator and tell them who to pass it to next..and keep the bride informed so they know to ask for the starfish upon arrival..there are brides getting married at all three properties..so the beach brides would leave their starfish with the beach WC and the suites bride with the suites WC and so on...i'd LOVE to see that happen.

 

maybe someone will take this on...  msnwink.gif

Total leap of faith! I spent countless hours, days, etc trying to decide on resorts based on reviews on here and many other sites. I finally picked IRHS and my fiance bokked as it was one of the priciest (he knows my tastes so SHOULD have known that I would pick quality lol!!!) I then gave him the task of trying to find one that was the same quality for less; he spent a few days and then sheepishly came back to IRHS (well, maybe not so sheepish but I like to think so HA!) So here we are!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
