Check out crystal blue wedding studio - www.crystalblueweddings.com Danielle has been so helpful in the process and has so many great reviews of the vendors on the island, all in one easy place!!  We are doing Caribbean Club, dinner at Luca.  Our party is much smaller at 18 though...

Would love a reception venue at a restaurant or similar on the beach (for the wedding) and dinner and dancing. Trying to keep this as simple and fun as possible for about 35 - 50 people. Thank you!

Happy to find this thread! My FI and I are having a family only (his mom and dad, my parents and sister) ceremony at the Ritz on the beach and Maritza is my wedding planner. We are flying over a few camera/videographers from home and will be married on 11.11.11!! We will have a morning ceremony (11:11 am) and a champagne brunch afterwards on the beach! We are going with a wedding package that the Ritz offers so it makes things super simple to plan from home in Florida!

The view form the wharf is amazing with the sunset and all! Gorgeous property too!  Do you have a date? Love Crystal Blue, so great to have so many inspirations all from GC in one place!!!

Hi fellow Cayman brides ~ I'm entering freak out stage since the wedding is only a few months away : )

We still need to book the rehearsal dinner and are considering Hemingways or Ragazzi's....any feedback or thoughts on those?

Also, I started a new thread under "The Island Weddings" regarding Cayman OOT bags if you have any good ideas to share.

Thanks!

Laura

Laura!!!

How was your trip?! Did you love the Caribbean Club?  Which villas are you renting anyways? Did you eat at Hemingways?  That is the one at GCBS right? We took a peak inside there and really liked the layout, especially the patio!  Thanks for starting teh thread on OOT Bags, I'm in the process of putting mine together now!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
