I am looking for the wedding coordinators email at the Cancun Palace. I did a search, but either the posts did have it or it was very old.

 

Anyone have it? Thanks

I have emailed Saturday and yesterday and still no reply as of today...getting frustrated! I want to reserve my date!

so far my experience has been that the Wc are super slow to respond. I of course happened to be working with a WC who no longer works for Palace Resorts and was supposed to be handed off to another WC who never responded to my emails or phone calls. Luckily i have been in touch with another bride who is a member at Palace and she talked to her WC, who emailed me. I believe I am dealing with her now, even though she is super slow to respond. I actually threatened to take my wedding elsewhere because i was so annoyed that they were not responding. I initially requested a contract almost 2 months ago and never got one until like 2 weeks ago. I am now trying to change the wording in it about vendors, and am still waiting to here back! have you filled out the request form on palaceresortsweddings.com? you should try calling the weddings department.. all the girls are so sweet.

Don't worry ladies, everyone at Palace Resorts takes a while to respond. Our wedding is in 2 months at Moon Palace and most of my questions have been answered, but the people in Miami are horrible to deal with unless you are giving them money. I sent an email over a month ago when I found out our reservation coordinator left the company. They still haven't responded or apologized for me finding out this information on this forum. We wouldn't even know who the new person was if my FI hadn't called to make his parents reservations.

 

The people in Cancun have been great though for booking our locations and making spa appointments.

 

Sometimes if you post a comment on their Facebook page they respond quicker.
