6 months to go ladies! Loreli love your STD! How's everyone doing with their planning? I found my reception show but still on the look out for ceremony shoe. I wanted a wedge but am having trouble. May just do a flat jeweled sandal. Is anyone doing OOT bags? I've started looking into things and will be ordering soon. We need to make 50 bags so trying to be savvy with the spending. We want to make the mugs but I need 100. 2 in each bag. Has anyone ordered them?

Thanks for the welcome everyone!!

loreli79 - Love your monograms!!  Did you design them yourself?

I'm still waiting for my dress to get in.  No call from the bridal shop yet.  If I don't hear from them today, I'm going to call.

I made my own hair flower last night.  I think it turned out pretty good.  My mom and sister both asked me to make them one, so I think that is a good sign. lol!!

Maritza919 - yes I am doing OOT bags.  That's alot of guests to buy for!!  I haven't ordered mugs yet.  I am planning on ordering from discountmugs a little closer to our date.  There are still people deciding if they are going.

I'm a Friday the 13th bride as well!  I had some reservations about the superstitious date, but I'm just going to think of it as lucky.

How is everyone planning on getting their OOT bag supplies down to their resort?  Just bringing an extra suitcase?  I'm still struggling with what to put in my bags.

@lliaPSU - We are trying to decide between handing them out at the resort after we arrive or handing them out before.  I really don't want to bring alot down with us but FI wants to hand them out at the resort.  Decisions, decisions!!

Is anyone else doing luggage tags?  If so, are you ordering them from Vistaprint or just making them yourselves?  I really want to do them but not sure where to start.

Capecodder,

I ordered as part of a goodie in our welcome bags!  I got the flip flop luggage tag, granted they won't be able to use them on the way down, but at least they'll have it on the way back!  These were running around $2.50/piece, but the best price I found was a pack of 12 for $24.99 on target.com.  Here's the link: http://www.target.com/p/Kate-Aspen-Flip-Flop-Luggage-Tag-Set-of-12/-/A-12271811

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
