Hi Ladies!

5  months is going to fly! Well we are going band shopping in the next week, ordering the bm dresses, and planning another  mini wedding. My fiancé's grandparents will be unable to attend our wedding in Mexico so we are having  a ceremony in church 2 weeks before the wedding in Mexico. So now apart from getting paperwork and scheduling meetings I haven't to find a new dress! Well I don't have to but I want to different dresses. Don't want the one I wear in NY to be the same in MX. I actually found another dress an am going to order it soon. Started ordering goodies for the OOT bags. I found sewing kits and ordered the mugs. I have a list of this we are going to put in. Slowly but surely :)

Can't believe it's only 5 months away!!  Finally finished our invites and luggage tags.  We plan on mailing them around Christmas as everyone who is coming has already booked.  My sky lanterns finally arrived!  So excited to set them off.

I'm sure time will fly over the next couple of months!

Four months and four days for me!!

My most recent project was making my garter and boutonnieres for the guys. FI doesn't know about the garter, I whipped it up one night while he was out with his brother cool.gif

Thanks!

I've been planning since about a year out - which is when we booked our wedding. I pick up my dress on January 7th, ordering my veil and his suit soon. All of our guests are booked, and I'm just doing some other planning. :)

You?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
