color changing cups

Recommended Posts

Anyone see these? I love them...they change colors when you pour liquid in them..I want to order them for my OOT bags, but all the places have like a 250 minimum.

Anyone wanna go in on an order? We can write anyhting on it, im open to ideas! They come out to like 65 cents for 250 of them...

Or anyone know where i can get them with no minimum order?

heres a link to the site: http://www.vendodirect.com/cucochmostcu.html

I like the frosted ones and you can get them assorted...so you can get ones that change all different colors, pretty cool!

There are other companys that also do this, so we dont have to use this one. let me know!

Anyone else?? We could all come up with something to write on them that fits all of us :)

I wonder if you could call or email the company and see if you could order like 100 or 150?  Then if that is still too many you could keep some at home for parties at home or like our friends love to camp and after I had a ton of cups made for a suprise bday party we still all have these at the campground yr after yr (thats 6yrs later - lol).

OK, so no luck on finding a vendor that allows for a lower minimum order.  I was thinking that they need the minimum to make it worth it to set up the design part of the cup.  Do you think they would allow us to purchase cups without the logo/design?  You could create waterproof stickets to put on the cups instead.  I saw other people create those kinds of stickers for a budget friendly option for their OOT Travel Mugs.  Let me know what you think!

I would be interested in going in on a mass buy - I am getting married in Jamaica in 2012 though.  I saw on another post where girls did this - they ordered the 250 min - put palm trees and "Jamaica 2009" on them and then they paid the one girl to split and ship them to other girls interested.  I am interested in atleast 50-75 and possibly starfish.  Let me know what you ladies think.

I emailed the vendor to see if they would forgo the minimim if we just purchased the cups without any logo/printing..thinking we could add our own personalization with some waterproof stickers or something.  Unfortunately, that wouldn't work.  I still want to go in on a purchase..I would need about 50-60 cups.  We are getting married in Mexico 2012 though..do you think we can come up with something generic enough that people could be happy with?  I hope so..I really want these cups!

If you ladies are still interested, I found a site that has a 100 minimum order.  The catch is, though, if you add print on the cups, it pretty much doubles the price.  So, for 100 cups without print, it's 98 cents per cup.  With print, it works out to $2.18 per cups.  For me, that's more than I want to spend, so I'm going to get blank cups and DIY some waterproof stickers.

If anyone else wants blank cups, we can combine orders for a lower price. They quoted me 150 cups at 83 cents each or 200 cups for 76 cents each.  Let me know if you guys want to try and combine orders for blank cups.  The vendor can also mix up colors for one order so each person coud get the color they want.

The site is customink.com...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
