I am having issues being able to put a picture behind the font on a word template for my STD, I've googled it and followed those instructions and it still doesn't work, can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong is there a format change that i have to make to the whole document that will allow this to happen?

Usually, you can right click on the image, go to Format Picture, and then change the layout to "behind text".

I had the same problem so I found it was much easier to put the text into text boxes instead of typing text within the document - that way you can organize the order by right clicking on each object (text box or picture) and go to "Order" and you will get about 6 different options!  Also, it's easier to move the text where you want it to be instead of trying to tab your text to the right spot!

      Hope this helps!
