Hello all!

 

I'm wondering if anyone has pics and/or experiences to share about having your wedding and reception on a cruise ship before going on a cruise for your honeymoon?  I have been looking EXTENSIVELY, online, but am really only finding info from the cruise lines themselves, not the couples.

 

It doesn't look like many, if any more than one other couple will actually cruise with us, so it is rude for me to expect all those non-travelers to deal with a port after the wedding? My FI and I are very inclined to do a destination wedding, but decided against it so that the most important people wouldn't miss out because of cost...this is only about 4 hrs away and we were thinking of doing a small get together the night before for all the people coming and staying in a hotel.

 

Yes, I am a bit of a control freak...should I worry about having to deal with that part of my brain in order to have a nice ceremony that is cost effective for us.  I adopted my niece (consider her my daughter) 2.5 years ago and so the $ is a very critical issue.  I'm not expecting more than 30-45 people, so there you have it.  Please "fire away" wink.gif

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
