My word ladies....this thread is awesome!! I haven't even thought about my hair...but now...I'm obsessed with figuring it out..I do have some time though!! I'm so torn about how to do my hair, it's pretty long...(a little past shoulder blades ) with layers, and I would love to wear it down with soft curls, but my dress has that unique back which I do not want to cover up....and I'm not sure about updos.....so many choices!!!

Hey quick tip: make sure you get a trial before the big day... seriously I did my trial today and now I know what to expect. I had to re do most of it. but I{m happy with the result.

 

It was very difficult communicating with the stylist.... and I even brought a picture....

Call me crazy, but I just chopped off my hair a few weeks ago.. so no fancy long locks for me.. I will have to set up some photos so you all can let me know which you like best.. me with long hair? or with short? My FI likes long hair, but my hair isn't manageable when it is long. Anyway, If I did have long hair I would put it up. It is hot and muggy in PV in June, and I don't want my hair to flop by the time pictures come around!!!!!!!!!

Well I am so glad I made FH go through this thread with me. Turns out he hated most of the ones I loved. So, I made him pic ones he liked and apparently he likes the really tidy and together up do's and I was going for messy beachy (he hates those). He also does not like ones that are "too high". lol So, now I have more of an idea of what he likes. Thank God I asked him.

Thats so funny that you had him look at the pics! I showed FI the picture of Edyta's hair and asked him what he thought, this was awhile ago, and he really liked it, he liked how it was kind of beachy, messy, etc...he thought it fit more with who we are than if I had every hair in place, lol. I'm just hoping that the hair stylist will do a good job!

I found this on in another thread. This is what I'm thinking about doing. I'll have a white flower on top and a veil under the bun. Once my hair gets long enough I'm going to practice doing this myself. It's such a simple style I might be able to do it. Then I won't have to worry about getting a trial updo.

This is hair heaven for sure! --- I started reading the thread having no idea where to start with the hairstyle- and now I have like 6 that I love- so I went from having no idea, to having too many I love!! This thread ROCKS!!
