So i was finally able to post a review but i am not allowed to post it here, i had to post it on the hotel review page.   http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/products/sunset-beach-resort-and-spa-all-inclusive this is the link and you can just scroll down "wedding @ sunset beach..." any question i will be glad to answer them!!!!!!!!!

How many guest did you have? 150

How much did you end up spending? for everything including stay, rehersal dinner aprox 15,000

Which package did you choose? i didn't use the package, Natalie and i freestyle my wedding, cheaper for me, cause hotel was making profit off of      what i wanted.

Also i have a review posted at http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/products/sunset-beach-resort-and-spa-all-inclusive. Natalie no longer works there, i am close with her and some of the decor wasn't provided by hotel, 3rd party so i will have to get that info for you, if you are interested!!!!

oh wow!!! your wedding looked amazing. Yes please send me info, how were u able to have the welcome dinner with 150 guest? Please give me all details if you have time. your flowers, decor for ceromony reception. etc Our budget is 15000 as well, so far i have 36 booked I'm anticipating more.

I recently booked Rashel for make-up :)

Natalie who worked on all my plans for me which includes florist the decorations for the hotel all outside vendors she got for me and we worked out price three way which fit my budget....the welcome dinner  i actually did in the main dinner they just set an private area and we just did the buffet...I had to pay for the people that just came for the dinner only, which was cheaper than the day pass...if interested i can get in contact with Natalie and find out more info!!!!

Its coming. I'm trying not to lose my mind.  Who said destination weddings are easier?  I'm on target though for the DW and the AHR.  I am planning for a small wedding, 30 ppl and we are right up on that number.  You have 52 wow!  Its only March!  How are you?

lol Same here, I'm trying not to lose my mind as well. I still have not ordered my bridesmaid dresses. I have 75 ppl confirmed now,i did not expect or anticpated that large of a number. We are trying to plan a AHR reception as well. What are you going to do for your AHR? How's working with Kathy and the new wedding planner Olivene at Sunset?

Whew, 75, and its only March!!    Do you have the BM dress in mind yet?  I ordered my bm dresses on this past Thursday, I used one of the etsy sellers to make wrap dresses.

For the AHR, I wanted to do a backyard bbq but my FI wanted something inside, so we are doing a tropical themed reception/party at a hotel but I'm going to keep that number low too.  Working with Kathy is okay....I don't see eye to eye with her all the time so we speak now and then, but generally she is a calming voice to talk to sometimes.  

Tanesha and Olivene have been okay, there was alot of drama related to my date but it has been worked out now.  Have you had trouble getting things done for you for free like they were for the brides from the past?  Like I was going to bring my own sashes to have them placed, but now they are saying that there is a fee for that too.  I almost booked a flight down there earlier this month to make sure everything was okay but the resort is trying to accomodate me.  Is the resort going to discount some items for you since your bringing a large number? Are you using a outside florist?  I'm going to use Jan's, they have been very quick at responding and their prices are cheaper than the other florists I have talked to including the resort.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
