I'm glad to hear good comments on the dress. FI was like, it probably doesn't look that good if it wasn't popular enough for me to find it. But I disagree. It's just a past collection. He's also very against me having it custom made. He thinks I need to try it on first. I just would if I could find it. ARG!!!!

I called all these bridal salons that carry her line in my area (which is Tennessee right now) and I called every salon in Massachusetts (which is where I'm from) too. It's just frustrating because it's like I feel so close to finding THE DRESS, but so far away!

Jenetta was a china bride.. she got hers from GianiarBridal on ebay. I remember her being very happy and the dress was just slightly different than her original photo.

No offense, but I don't think your FI is a wedding dress expert. If you can't find the dress (and it's from a past collection) it probably means that it was very popular! To ease his and your minds, you may want to go try on a similar dress with the dropped waist and ruching. It won't exactly be *that* dress but you'll have a good idea of how it'll look on you. Plus, trying on dresses is fun! (I only tried on 6 so I feel like I kinda missed out on the experience.) And you might even fall in love with another dress.

I'm having my dress made by my local seamstress. I would recommend working with a seamstress because you can completely customize your dress and make sure everything fits the way its suppose to.
