Just to restate EVERYTHING these ladies said, it's your day! I went into the bridal shops KNOWING I'd be getting married on the beach and even though I thought I should choose something less formal flowy and light, I ended up choosing a heavy mermaid couture gown... that I LOVE. Its your day and you have to love your dress, don't change your dress for your destination

Just to give you an idea, this is the dress I'm wearing!Mori Lee 1218 Front.jpg

Wear it! I wore a very heavy puffy dress b/c I just feel in love with it - don't get me wrong I was hot but I felt fab! It's your day - you look absolutely stunning!

I agree! Just bc its a beach wedding doesn't mean you don't wear the perfect dress.

There is nothing wrong with wearing a formal dress on a beach wedding. Just stick to your dress. It looks gorgeous on you.
