That is definitely way too much money for a bbq! I also have too many guests coming to pay for that.

Hey I forgot about Peter! He drives a mini-bus. If you're trying to arrange transportation to/from an outside place maybe he can hook you up or point you in the right direction.

He'll tell you "when you call my rooster crows for you" ..lol VERY sweet and smart man, taught us a lot :o)

I am in the same situation as you ladies. I just confirmed my wedding date for May 26th from 12-1 and I havenâ€t had a chance to confirm my reception yet, but Iâ€m already prepared for the 6:30 answer. Sooo what to dohuh.gif? I had no idea and everyone on this thread has provided some great ideas. The group boat ride sounds great, If the everyone that came for the wedding could just have drinks and on the boat. I was thinking of possibly taking everyone to the Dunn, but I really donâ€t want to get wet and mess up my hair before the reception. I thought my guess may not have minded the time in between, but I still feel like since they came so far to for the wedding I should probably try to make a day whole day of it.

Your ideas are great and Iâ€m going to keep thinking of possibilities, I know between all of the ladies on this site we will come up with lots of options.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
