    i started a Tabata class at the Y last week and it kicked my butt! It's only 30 minutes long, but it's a High Intensity Interval Training workout and I loved it! It was the perfect amount of time to get a hard workout in.  I also gave up candy for the next two months and i'm limiting myself on desserts since that's my biggest downfall. The less sugar i've been intaking,t he better i've been feeling and the weight is being kept down. Only 2 months to kick it into high gear! good luck girls!

        That was the first Jillian video I ever did-I did it about a year ago and I have been doing Jillian videos ever since! I really liked that video, I saw results- mainly more toned and I lost about 5 pounds.  I am pretty small so I did not plan to lose a lot of weight, I just wanted to be toned!

         

        Good Luck! The 2nd and 3rd days are the worst, after that it starts getting easier!!! Feel free to yell at Jillian- it helps me! :)

          I just finished.  Definite muscle tone.  Not much weight loss but I also wasn't being strict with my diet and I too do not have much to lose.  Its great, and I definitely recommend it.
