Hey WPGBride! If you are looking for something that you will see weight loss off of eating healthier alone, then you should totally try Weight Watchers. While, of course, they do encourage exercising they also understand that not everyone has the same schedule and that life is busy. I Started WW in October 2011 and as of yesterday (weigh-in day) I am down 25.4 and I just keep losing! It's seriously awesome. As someone who has struggled to lose weight for several years with no lasting success, I have found WW to be EASY.
It's not too expensive and you get a lot of freedom to make your own choices. Overall you just learn to eat healthier based on their guidelines, and it really works and teaches you how to live healthier.
If you have any questions about it, I would love to answer them. Hope this helps!

I'm finding it difficult to work in any exercise during my days although I do have a Shapes membership (total rip off by the way). So does anyone have any suggestions? Especially for that armpit fat area and thigh/butt area!
