I'm a 2011 bride but just showing my support here as i have been struggling with this since December when we got engaged. I have 4 months to go (3 to my dress fitting)

In June i fell in LOVE with Zumba! you ladies must find a class/video and try it. If you love music, love to dance (even if you dont know how LOL) you will love this. So much fun and i actually look forward to my workouts now. I also swear by the app loseit (they have a website too and you can link them) it tells you how many calories to eat to get to your goal weight etc. Its awesome! and free ;) ....so since June with watching calories and doing Zumba about 4 to 4 times a week i have lost 8 pounds and counting in a little over a month!

you can all do it ladies!

Thanks so much for dropping by and showing us some Love!!!  We appreciate it.

I love love love Zumba....since we are trying to restrict extra spending (we are 2 months into our new home, and planning a 4/12 wedding) I've been doing Zumba from a dvd which is awesome.  I will take a class after the wedding.  Nice to hear success....

Maybe I will see if there is one on-demand to just try since everyone loves it.

Hey ladies,

So I am at the end of my 30 day moksha yoga challenge - my girlfriend and I modified it but we managed to get there 4-5 times a week which we were happy with!!!!  I don't have a scale so I have no clue about pounds lost and I like it that way but what I have noticed is my flat stomach is BACK!!!!!! This makes me so so so happy, now onto the thunder thighs lol  I feel a whole lot better having been back to exercising and drinking my daily "Green Monster" check out ohsheglows.com

Now.... on a slightly not so exciting note.... my boobs are GONE!!!!!!  I have always been fairly high busted so my boobs have also always been perky... well now theyre AWFUL!!!! I don't know what to do!!!! Any tips and tricks to "firm" and "perk" the girls?!  Last night when I got home from my hot yoga class I pointed out my shrinking chest to FI and he just laughed.  He wouldn't agree but he wouldn't disagree.  He is loving the firmer more toned me but the no boobs... don't think that is something he is used to as he has always known me as a big C cup!!!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
