    I would defintely call the hotel.. The outside planners dont always seem to have the correct information!

      Hey all! So I was able to get the adjustment because I did sign my contract in 2011 and was unaware of all the new regulations. I will be definitely calling the hotel directly from now on, since they probably have aclearer and more accurate information.

        Oh no :( I leave on May 14th for my honeymoon! Would have loved to meet you there.

          What a relief! I was a little worried about that. Not so good for any one who signs a new contract. The unlimited events perk is one of the things that motivated me to book my wedding at this resort.

            What did you get adjusted? the 3 hr max hrs per day unlimited function? or the photographer/day pass issue?

            I have over 70 people (paid in full) & we signed the contract over a year ago. So we totally qualify for the unlimted function & booked the reception for an additional 4 hrs (we have to pay extra for those 4 hrs though).

            My travel agent (who rocks!) sent an email to a Palace Manager related to my issues- not getting answers/responses from Renee & I instantly got a msg from another wedding coordinator who plans to "assist Renee" in my planning. My wedding is less then 2 months away & I had a million questions. She wouldn't respond to any emails & when she did, it was "see the new wedding collection attachment". No help whatsoever!

            Hopefully my next "conference" will go better!!

              Hi!

              she adjusted the 3hr max per day so now my cocktail hour is tentatively (still adjusting times): 6-7pm and reception 7-12am, any additional hours after 12 am are extra. She also said for my photographer a day pass or minimum of 1 night stay was ok. I'm saving every single email just in case! :)

                  I signed my contract last year, and my wedding is in October of 2012.

                    Could someone please give me the email to the onsite WC. I have been getting no responses from the email addresses I have been using. Getting to be quite frustrating!!
