The Hard Rock Punta Cana

Recommended Posts

HILDALIN - we have decided to get married at the Hard Rock in August 2013. Since you are planning your wedding for one month before mine, I was wondering when should I contact them to set my date? Also, if I am setting a date so early in advance, how much $$$ do I need to give them or do they just set the date and then get back to you later in a few months for a deposit? I am just trying to find out how this works. Any information that you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks much.

Hi Tatiana,

I am also planning on having a rather large wedding, probably around 100+ guests. I was told that all wedding planning is done 3 months prior to your wedding (mine is March 23, 2013). How were you able to get all of your information so soon? I'm scared to death to have only 3 months to make all wedding arrangements!

If anyone's interested, I'm posting my travel agents info, She is absolutely great! She got us excellent rates for our wedding in October, and she was able to get the unlimited functions and complimentary nights! I communicate with her on a daily basis!

Thanks for the great info. Stephy.

Comparing both decors, some have cheaper prices with some things than the other. I may bring some things myself because some prices are really expensive.

My wedding is in June and I still haven't gotten a hold of Renee or my WC in Punta Cana! Stressing a little because I have nothing planned, besides getting prices on my own by emailing the places.

Does anyone know if the complimentary packages includes anything on the arch like white fabric for the outside ceremony?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a photographer?

Was there only 1 price for a DJ and you have to use them? I was quoted 986.00 for 3 hours and 174.00 for an extra hour. I do not know who this is or where they got this quote.

Oh no I'm sorry to hear that! Which refund are you having a hard time receiving? For your complimentary nights?

Hi Ladies,

There is a group of face book its called "All palace resorts brides past-and future, it has a wealth of knowledge and filled with brides like ourselves. Also, to people who are not booked yet if you become a group member on that facebook page the starter of the page is Nancy and you can use her membership to book your wedding i believe and get a discounted rate. I am already booking through a family members membership  and just got the rates for my May 25, 2013 wedding. For a membership price during that time is 349.86 per night-double occupancy for 7 or more nights or 372.00 for 6 nights or less. I just recieved this info today and have been trying to book and get rates since feb. so glad this is done and i can now start to work on my save the dates. just wanted to give you guys a heads up. :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
