Thanks for the info Vane23.  I was not aware that the unlimited functions were for only 3 hours a day. That's good to know. I'm hoping I can at least qualify for some of that but no one has booked yet :(

I wasn't aware either, I emailed her back stating that no where in my contract it states that, and also I've spoken to Marlyn multiple times asking if a day pass or a minimum of what night was fine for my photographer and she's always answered yes. I'm asking they they stick to that. There is no way my photographer is staying for 2 nights. It isn't necessary.

I can't wait to go in March and actually meet someone! I feel like I'm at a stand still right now. But like you I'm prob going to be bringing much of the decor from here. This girl actually ended up sending 8 boxes from here to DR. I guess when I go I will have to decide what I will be bringing and what I will be getting from the resort!

Ladies,

 

My weeding is on May 12th and I was tired of waiting to receive a call from the on-site WC so I called the hotel directly. Jaqueline de Leon is my WC, has anyone worked with her? I should be receiving an email from her today to get the ball rolling, will let you know how it goes. I completed my site inspection last August so I pretty much know what I want but I have to see if all the changes they've made recently will affect my current plans.

Don't like the sound of that. I had no idea about the 3 hour daily limit. Since that is not in my contract, I will definitely fight this.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
