The Hard Rock Punta Cana

Does anyone know how long it takes after you have recieved the confirmation for the date to hear from anyone regarding how to put a deposit down?  I read somewhere that you had fourteen days to submit a deposit but I've yet to hear from anyone about whom to pay or how much,

Same questions here...any pictures from that photgrapher? Finding out that you cannot bring in a photgrapher has dampered my decision making. I had a photog already picked out that lives in DR but the HR will not let you bring in outside vendors...like at all.

So in order to set your date you only need a deposit??? I thought you had to book your whole entire stay. I am so confused. Anyone know this?

So I sign a contract for my date and then only have to put down $500.00? Is that including also out whole stay (the groom and I). I am pretty much deciding on the HR for next January but am having difficulty on how to set the date...

I was told you can bring your own photographer as long as they are a guest at the resort, so I can either get a day pass for them or have them stay at the resort. The photographer I'm using is from the capital and has done weddings there before. Hope this helps!

Yes all the items will be included for the buffet....I read other brides responses and they liked the buffet selection, it gives your guest a varitey and they can put as much on their plates as they want. Also I would say depending on how many ppl. you are feeding it may work out cost wise to benefit you (also if you have the unlimited function option if you have 26 rooms booked)...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
