Hi all! New to the site, working on booking HRH 6/29/12!  I have a family member with Palace time share we will be using to book rooms. Has anyone had experience with this?  Any tips or suggestions?

Thanks guys! I am ready although there are alot of last minute things that need to be done and we are having a church ceremony here before we leave and a dinner with close friends and family which has basically turned into a second wedding on saturday. So alot to do and I have a cold to boot! Fortunately, my boss said I can stay home if I don't feel well so I am gonna get as much done as I can and then head out today :) I've got alot to post about this whole experience when I get back, just no time to do it until then! <3

Hello everyone!

We just booked our wedding at The Hard Rock for 12/13/12 and are super excited!  We just got our contract and have so many questions and aren't sure how responsive our wedding coordinator, Tina is going to be since it's over a year away.  It's also nice to see what you guys recommend since you are going through it or have been through it already.

 

We are planning on having a private reception (for about 40 people) and since we have no pictures of any of these sites can't choose the best one.  Any recommendations? 

 

The same thing for ceremony sites - any recommendations?

 

We want to take advantage of the group incentive.  Does everyone then need to book together? How does this all work?

 

I'm sure we will have many more as we get closer, but that's it for now...

Hello Everyone!!! I just got my contract for our July 2013 wedding at the HRC.  Wanted to hear any insights on brides that have been married or been there for the site inspection. I plan to go in April, for my site inspection and I swear I cant wait.. my concern is the photographer and video, does anyone know who they use for this???

Hildalin.. I booked Michael Steingard for photography. He's from Canada but come to the DR for weddings and if he books enough (which he usually does) then you dont worry about travel just pay his fee which $2500. And for videography I am bringing a videographer from NY since I wasnt a big fan of anyone down there but I am photographer so I am extra pciky.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
