for 7 nights it is $1090...

Tammy,
that is such a good deal. If I'm reading this right that means I would have to book in 2006 for a stay in 2007. Is that correct. If so that leads me to my next question.
I have never booked travel like this before, and do not have 100% of the money upfront to book. I have always booked travel paying things seperatly (i.e. plane ticket, hotel etc.) Are there payment plan options out there? Do you book trips with payment options? If so I would feel most comfortable booking through you. I just dont trust expedia, orbitz ect and would be nervous to book through these travel agencies. If you dont offer this then I will just wait till I can save up the entire cost of the trip and book then.

jackie, you would have to book in 2006 and the room rate will stay the same but airfare does fluctuate daily so who knows, it can be higher or lower than this rate by the time you are ready to book.

Also, know this rate includes the lowest air (the return time isn't that great) so if you want better flight times it will go up...

to book:

  • i need your name and fiance's name as it appears on passport
  • Air must be paid in full (about $425)
  • $125 deposit for room

I'm not sure when? I thought it would be next Sept/Oct but If this sale that they have going right now is for closer dates than I might shoot for this spring like Aprilish.

If I do end up booking a site visit I am going to do cartwheels all through my house. :)

Tammy M, you are getting me too excited!!! Engagement pictures, OH, I'm gonna cry.

And yes I better be engaged by then. I am pretty sure it will be happening sometime this winter. If my guess is right, it will be on one of our weekends up north in the cabin or on the mountain somewhere. Its kinda our little place to get away from it all, and for some reason I see him proposing there.

focus.gif Sorry Jill, I totally hijacked your thread with my site visit plans. Anyway, I just noticed now that you are from Massachussetts. What area? I live on Cape right onver the bridge in Falmouth. Are you having any luck with narrowing down you decision on a wedding location or a wedding month/date? Or did you allready decide, I might have missed the post. There are so many I get burried in them easily.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
