Diamond girl--i was looking at valentin imperial maya? did you do a site visit???? i still have not decided on a resort. still trying to decide between dreams riviera and secrets capri.....and looking at some others too :(

Thanks!  My mom lives in Brick.  It's fun down here in the summer! I love it!  Also, your wedding date is the day before my birthday :)

Hi Ladies!

 

I just discovered this thread and I am glad I did. I never thought of doing a BD book as my wedding gift to my FI. It's such a great idea.

 

If anyone is interested in doing the BD Group Session before mid-April, please let me know. I would love to save money by booking a group rate.

 

I got so excited about this thread, I forgot to list details about myself! I am from Guttenberg, NJ (near West New York/Hoboken) and I am getting married June 23, 2011 at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in Montego Bay, JA. While I am very detailed oriented, this whole wedding planning process has been crazy! Then again I asked for it, I chose to plan a wedding from scratch in less than 7 months!

Hi Prettysparklie! I'm getting married in JA in June too! I'm up for a group BD session mid April. I was originally going to go with a photog I bought a living social voucher for but wasn't thrilled about her recent work.

 

Are you thinking with Jen from Jenenerations?

Sorry to hear the livingsocial vendor didn't work out so well. I received an email from Jenerations this morning. I will PM it to you since it's rather lengthy.  Let me know what you think.

 

Anyone else out there interested in doing a group BD session before May? We need 6 more girls to get the $99 group rate.

Hi Ladies,

For any of you who are planning on doing your own make-up and need some help...My sister took me to Eliut on Madison Ave in the city for a make-up lesson with Robin.  She was awesome.  I am really clueless when it comes to putting make-up on so I went first and she gave me step by step on how to do my wedding look.  Then I got to watch my sister who did a bit more than I will for the wedding.  Highly recommend going if you need some help.  She doesn't sell any products so no need to feel the pressure to buy anything but she will write down every product that she used.  I have a 15 minute follow up with her in a few weeks to show her that I can do it myself.  idea.gif

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
