Whats funny is that I bought my wedding dress in Fond du Lac, not in the "big city"! LOL

haha nice. A lot of the bridal designer websites i look at when i do a 'store locator' for their dresses they actually always seem to have a random Fond Du Lac boutique in there so maybe i'll have to check some of them out. There's quite a few in Green Bay too i'll probably check that out first it's only 1/2 hour away from me!

I found someone! I went to highschool with someone who's been doing photography for a few years now and I'm going to have her do my BD photos, she does a great job. I don't know if you'd want to travel but she's in Appleton, WI (1 1/2 hours north of milwaukee). Her website is www.valerieannphotography.com if you want to check it out!

I posted this question in a different forum, but I figured I would ask my fellow Midwest brides! 

 

I really want to put together an optional excursion for all my guest, but I'm leary of the timeline...

 

Tuesday - ARRIVE

Wednesday - ???

Thursday - ???

Friday - WEDDING

Saturday - TTD

Sunday - Off to Honeymoon

 

With the timeline above, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are the only options.  I'm going to throw Saturday off the list since it's the day after the wedding and I'm assuming after a night of drinking, sailing might not be the best thing. LOL  Plus our TTD is in the morning.  Wednesday would technically be the first day in Jamaica, so I'm thinking we would want to spend it at the resort.  That leaves Thursday... my biggest worry on Thursday is that it's the day before the wedding?  Do I want to be on an excursion the day before???

 

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I thought so too, the prices are great and i'm going to see if she can make the book for me for more too. Is that what you were going to do just have the photographer make the photo book for you, or try to make your own photo book with your pictures? I

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
