      Well now I need to come up with a seating chart and what not. I originally wanted to have one long table with everyone, but we have too many people to do that :( Oh well, you ladies have any ideas or suggestions for the table number things??? I will only have 3 tables, 4 tops so thought it would be nice to do something a little different if I can figure it out :) I already bought the folded business cards for placecards so I'll probably still use them and just add the table # to them. What you think???? I was trying to get this stuff done before the holidays, but oh well it's a wedding planning holiday LOL

       

      Do you ladies think I would crazy to start packing some of my luggage???? I've been itching to pack my OOT and reception stuff to see how many bags I'm actually going to need

       

      Getting too excited.... only 37 more days until we leave!!!

      I have been wanting to pack for awhile now, but I'm trying to hold off a little bit yet.  I'm just afraid if I wait to long I will forget something super important!

          What about putting all the tables in a square so that you'r guest are facing in to one another, if you'r tables are long enough to fit 8 on one side. If you have Circle tabels then maybe 4 tables surrounding a sweetheart table? Just a suggestion, I don't envy any of you brides that have to determine how to set-up and who sits with who... too much thought for me! But I do remember seeing a link on here to website that helps with this sort of thing.

           

          Ah packing....we just found out that we get 5kg extra per person which helps because I have no idea how much space I need! We leave in 18 days and this was my task for the week before we leave but now I'm think I should have tackled this like yesterday!

            Hey,

            We are using maracas as placecards. We have a little tag attached to the maraca with the person's name. They will be placed at each place setting. We ordered them awhile ago, but I know you can get maracas down there...

             

            Ihave been having luggage nightmares! It's not too early to start. I don't think I'll get a chance to start packign until the week before we leave, but I've already been harassing people to use some of their luggage space!

              We are doing the same as you Manda but I am buying the maracas down there...hopefully it won't be to hard to get them. We are 5 mins away from Tulum so I want to make a quick trip in.

                Thank you ladies for your nice words about my flowers. Working with Judy was great and I plan on recommending her to anyone I can.

                 

                So I have attached two packing checklists I found on the Knot. I don't think I could have made a better one on my own. The second one is a honeymoon checklist but I thought I would include it as it has a few different items. I know some brides are taking a honeymoon later on.

                 

                I hope you find this checklists helpful! With Christmas coming I have been starting to feel overwhelmed! Good thing our Christmas celebrations is low key this year. How many more days? I think we are at 19 days today!

                Thanks for those packing lists.  I'm paranoid I am going to forget something super important so its nice to have a list that includes lots of things on it.

                  Weddingwire.com has an awesome seating chart maker where you can set up your whole reception and put guest names etc onto the chairs then print out all the info to give to your WC
