     I had unlimited events as well.  They wouldn't let me do it at check out and wouldn't use it as a credit in case people did not show!

      Hi Ladies I'm a 2013 bride has anyone used Zuniga for decorations she wants a $135 for a vase with flowers!!! :confused: Can someone recommend me on what to do or who to use?? Thanks Michelle

        Oh no I can't believe they have construction going on at the Sunrise section!  My TA never told me.

         

        CurlyBride - I'm getting married the week before you, 11/2 and we have 60 people going.  I requested to stay in the Sunrise section, but now I want change to Nizuc or at least away from the construction area. 

         

        Chicksmommy - I hope your stay gets better and you have an amazing wedding!

         

        Also I'm doing a catholic ceremony - does anyone have any information on the ceremony?  I'm trying to put my programs together.  I'm assuming it's the same as here in the states??

            I want to start looking into centerpieces and lounge areas to rent for my wedding. Who have you girls used? Any contact information would be great!!

            I am bringing my own decorations- but I believe your only choice is Zuniga- they are apparently great to work with.  SOmeone might have their info, otherwise contact your WC for their information!

              I am using Zuniga for a few decorative peices to add to my reception including the dance floor and candles for the tables on top of the Lavender Lux Colin Cowie collection. The contact for Zuniga was katie at the time the Purchase order was made months ago. Its been added to my overall bill through moon palace. Just contact your wedding coordinator in Cancun and they will put you in touch. I just checked and i no longer have the spreadsheet with all the zuniga options to forward. Sorry

                    Hey all! I need your help - I am not sure why by my wedding coordinator is being super pushy about me paying the PO before arriving in Cancun.

                     

                    I have refused 3 times explaining that I do not provide my credit card number via email and that I will not pay the extra fees it take to wire the money. I mention that if they had a secure method online I would be willing to do so, but since they do not I will wait to pay when I get there.

                     

                     

                    Here is my coordinators most recent comment - it feels a bit like blackmail

                     

                     

                                "I do understand your feelings about providing your credit card number for payment, anyway, all extra services must be pre-paid before your arrival, otherwise they cannot be confirmed  and will be  based on availability, so we cannot assure that all the requested areas will be set up, as you can imagine we have a lot of events everyday and all of them are previously paid and programmed,  unfortunately these are company polices and we have to go by them.

                     

                                I know many brides paid at the Resort, but as you know it used to happen at the Miami office, and we already closed that office because of all trouble little details like this one caused.

                     

                                I’ll be waiting for your kind response."

                     

                     

                    So, brides.....anyone else had to deal with this??? Thanks in advance - I am so perplexed about this situation.
