Maybe just include an itinerary for your wedding day to give the guests a heads up on a potential time schedule but other than that, MP seriously hooks everyone up with tons of info upon arrival. I can look at all the brochures they gave me and send them to you if you want.

Ok, thanks so much for the info.  I was rushing to get something done this week too, but maybe I don't need to do as much as I thought. I think I'll just do a pre-travel email with some of the information, then perhaps a small welcome brochure (already did and printed the letter) that has restaurant recommendations, must see-do type things, and itinerary and guest list.  So, speaking of must-do....besides the Michael Jackson show and the fire dancing show, if there anything on the property that is a must do?  A far as restaurants, I have heard everyone rave about the following (sure I am spelling them all wrong - lol):  Los Tacos, Arrifices, Los Caporales,  and Mo-Mo-Na-Ha (or something like that - lol).  We already have something scheduled for El Caribeno.  Am I missing anything else?

Thanks ladies!! We really had a great time taking them. The Texas shirts are the colleges that we went to and they are rival schools so we thought we would incorporate that. The grooms cake at the AHR will be a "House Divided" cake and one of these will be displayed beside it. If you are in the Central Texas area looking for a photographer I highly recommend Lahra Bryant. She was amazing to work with! My FI had a run in with the car door the night before taking these and she took time to edit the scab off most of the pictures.

HI Ladies-

So, I have tried and tried and tried to contact Marvin for the flowers (even Chanel tried for me - thanks Chanel), but I am not getting a response.  So, I have looked into a couple of other vendors that have been mentioned on this forum.  Cherry blossom is the most responsive and they have very reasonable prices.  I did ask if they have ever delivered to Moon Palace before and they said yes, but its easiest for them if I paid the outside vendor fee to that don't have issues.  So, has anyone used someone else besides the resort or Marvin for flowers, and does anyone know what the outside vendor fee is? Thanks!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
